Owning and operating a restaurant is a complex process, we’ve been doing it for many years and know the best ways to help keep you on track; out of the trenches, building your team and focused on growing your business and providing an excellent customer experience every time.
Initial Training at PRG University
Prior to opening your restaurant you and your management team will attend a two-week intensive training at the Pastalini® Restaurant Group University (PRGU) in San Diego. The training consists of over 80 hours of classroom training at our headquarters in San Diego Ca. and hands-on culinary experience in a flagship Pastalini® restaurant.
Operational Systems, Manuals and References
The Pastalini® Operations Manual is an instructional document designed to take you thru our fast track to opening and beyond. As part of our on-going training you will have access to up-to-date reference materials, training videos, and other much needed recourses to help you manage your day-to-day operations.
Marketing and Public Relations
The Pastalini® national marketing and public relations plan will be enhanced by your local efforts as directed by us. Our marketing strategy encompasses our network’s goals for promoting the Pastalini® brand, our excellent culinary options, and gaining customer loyalty and community awareness in the neighborhood you serve.
Site Selection and Build-out
The Pastalini® management team will work with you in the restaurant site selection process and mentor you and your design team on the build out process.
Products, Equipment, Suppliers and Vendors
Pastalini® is committed to research and development of additional proprietary spices and sauces to the delight of our loyal customer base. Managing food costs and waste is a core competency for the success of your business, with that; our founders are continuously looking to build strong supplier and vendor relationships. Pastalini® suppliers have met our strict criteria and specifications for equipment, food, and restaurant supply needs.
On-going Training and Support
Our management team is easily accessible. Thru frequent communications and field visits we are prepared to tailor support to meet your needs.
Regional and National Conventions
Being part of the Pastalini® Restaurant Franchise Network means you are not a solo restaurateur, you have Pastalini® by your side. Thru on-going refresher trainings, regional and national conventions, you will have access to the business tools you need to move your restaurant forward.
